Urgent Requests

To report a network outage or other urgent issue, please call our Network Operations Centre (NOC) toll-free at (866) 862-0554 and have the following information ready:

  • Your name and return phone number
  • Your site location
  • A valid e-mail address
  • A brief description of your outage
